Find IPOD Battery Repair in Washington

I live in the beautiful state of Washington, but I was surprised to find that there were no local choices in IPOD battery replacement. My daughter ended up having the battery go out on her IPOD, and she kept complaining and complaining about it. I told her to look in the Yellow Pages, which I know is totally an outdated thing to do, to find out if there was anything close by for IPOD repair. Of course, there wasn't, and my daughter spent the better part of her afternoon calling a bunch of different places to see if they knew how to repair an IPOD. She was thinking that it was the battery, but she didn't know specifically what was wrong with it. How could she? She's only 15 years old! I'm her mother, and I still have no idea what was wrong with her IPOD. Anyway, after seeing her call around and having absolutely no luck in finding professional IPOD repair, I decided that it may be a good idea to try to help her out and find something online for her. This was the route that we should have taken initially because we did find a company that would let you ship in your IPOD to them, and they would replace the battery for you. This made me happy because I didn't want to have to buy her a new IPOD altogether, and this company also did advertise that they used professional technicians to open up all IPODs. This was exactly what I was looking for because I was also worried about her IPOD being damaged when it was opened if the company didn't know what they were doing.
